The Flying Hammerlock Video Review #24: Full Metal Massacre

Full Metal Massacre Match: WOW Trios Champions Top Tier (Coach Campanelli, Kandi Krush and Gloria Glitter) (c) vs. Monsters and Metal (Daisy Lane, Chainsaw and Fury), WOW Superheroes #179 - No Rules. All Risk. One Reward, The Fremont Street Experience, Las Vegas, NV, March 14, 2026 (air date; taping date unknown.)

Historical background: Daisy Lane was originally known as Pep Riley, a face wrestling cheerleader character as a member of Team Spirit with Coach Campanelli, Ariel Sky (Nikii Duke) and Sasha Sparks (Jacey Love).  The finals of the tournament to crown the inaugural WOW Trios Champions saw Coach surprisingly add Kandi Krush and Gloria Glitter (Delilah Doom) to the team.   They defeated Exile (Genesis, Exodus and Ice Cold) in the final.   Coach then went off on a big speech where she turned heel, nailing Ariel Sky with the trophy. (The actual belts were introduced later.)   Coach then proclaimed, "Team Spirit is dead.  Meet Top Tier."  This left Pep Riley alone with no direction, until Chainsaw started showing an interest in her.   It turned out that Pep reminded Chainsaw of a doll she had when she was a kid.   This led to Chainsaw abandoning her manager (and "sister") Angelica Dante, and Pep reinventing herself as Daisy Lane, a character that has drawn comparisons to both Harley Quinn and WWE's Alexa Bliss when she was under Bray Wyatt's (RIP) control.   Daisy and Chainsaw later joined forces with "The Heavy Metal Sister" Fury (Harlow O'Hara), with their team being named Monsters and Metal. After a year of chasing Top Tier and putting up with their cheating ways, Fury issued the challenge for a Full Metal Massacre match. which Coach accepted.

The rules are no-disqualification, no-countout, no time limit, falls count anywhere and anything goes.

Monsters and Metal come out first.   Top Tier come out and pose as we go to a commercial break.  We come back with Top Tier holding up their belts in the ring.   As the ref shows off the belt and Top Tier continue posing, Monsters and Metal enter the ring and lay them out with chairs with Top Tier's names on them, the bell rings and we're underway.  We get a close-up of the chair with "Glitter" on it as Top Tier roll out to the floor.  Daisy and Chainsaw go out to the floor.  Daisy fights with Coach while Chainsaw goes after Gloria.   Coach chokes Daisy with some kind of cord.  Krush brawls with Fury on another side of the ring.   Gloria climbs on Chainsaw's back and tries to choke her but Chainsaw stops her and throws her to the ground.   (This is an outdoor show.)   Chainsaw looks under the ring and pulls out a chair and a trash can lid.   Daisy kicks Coach in the midsection.   Fury smashes Krush's face into the post.   Daisy goes for a crucifix rollup on Coach as commentator Nigel Zane talks about Krush having history with Chainsaw. (Dante, Chainsaw, Holidead and Siren the Voodoo Doll stole and trashed Krush's grandmother's boxing gloves.)  Chainsaw throws a chair into the ring and punches Gloria's back.   Coach escapes the crucifix hold by hitting Daisy's body against the side of the ring.   Krush chops Fury on another side of the ring but she can't follow up with anything.   Chainsaw grabs Gloria's head and smacks her against the side of the ring.   Chainsaw throws a garbage can over the ropes and into the ring.   Coach shoves Daisy, and Daisy walks to another side of the ring and kicks Krush while Chainsaw is throwing garbage can lids into the ring.   Krush smacks Daisy's face against the apron.   Krush goes around the corner and Chainsaw hits her with a chair to the midsection.   Chainsaw hits Gloria with a chair to the back.   Chainsaw drops the chair and goes around the corner and Coach kicks her and smacks her face against the apron.   Fury grabs a trash can lid and Coach grabs a chair and they both enter the ring.  Coach drops the chair and Fury smashes her over the head with the trash can lid.   Fury follows that with a shot to the back.  In the background, Daisy pulls out a lid for herself and Fury smacks Coach with another shot to the back.   Then Fury takes some drum sticks and begins banging on the lid like a drum on Coach's back.   Krush enters the ring and smacks Fury with a Kendo stick to the back.  Again.   Again.   Fury goes to the outside, Krush takes off her jacket, and follows.   Another Kendo stick shot and Daisy and Chainsaw walk over with garbage can lids.   Daisy and Chainsaw give Krush a double lid shot to the head.   Chainsaw rolls Krush into the ring and follows.   Chainsaw goes for the pin but only gets 2.   Outside the ring, Coach sends Daisy into the post.   Back in the ring, Chainsaw grabs a chair and hits Krush in the midsection with it.   Then a chair to the back.   Chainsaw drops the chair and goes looking for something else to use while Krush tries to recover in the corner and Gloria starts bringing a ladder into the ring.   Chainsaw is holding a trash can lid but drops it when she sees the ladder and decides to go for that instead.   Chainsaw and Gloria have a tug-of-war with the ladder, with Gloria winning by using the ladder to force Chainsaw into the corner.   Gloria traps Chainsaw behind the ladder in the corner and throws herself back first against the ladder.   Gloria grabs a lid and smacks it against the ladder, dropping Chainsaw into a seated position in the corner.   Gloria positions the ladder against Chainsaw and does her Stair Stepper move on the ladder while screaming instructions to Krush.   Chainsaw crawls out of the corner and under the ropes as Gloria sets up a garbage can lid in between the ropes.   Krush runs off the ropes and hits an uppercut to the lid which connects with Chainsaw's head, sending Chainsaw to the floor.  Krush follows and goes for the pin but only gets 2.  Back in the ring, Daisy has grabbed a ladder and does Terry Funk's ladder around the head spot from ECW Barely Legal, which Zane acknowledges.   Daisy nails Gloria and Coach with the ladder, then Krush, then randomly spins around and collapses after making herself dizzy.   Gloria takes advantage and starts stomping Daisy.  Gloria grabs a chair as Chainsaw pulls another ladder out from under the ring.  Fury stacks up some chairs in a corner.   Daisy and Gloria fight and Gloria hits Raven's drop toehold into a chair on Daisy.   The fans start chanting for Chainsaw.   Gloria grabs a garbage can, grabs Daisy and stuffs her head first into the garbage can.   Out of nowhere Coach slides in with a baseball slide dropkick!   The garbage can falls with Daisy still inside and Coach places her foot on the can for the pin but only gets 2.   Coach pulls Daisy out of the garbage can and goes for the pin but Chainsaw makes the save.   Chainsaw is down and Coach starts kicking and punching her.   Chainsaw gets up and grabs Coach by the head and launches Coach through the ropes to the floor.   Out on the floor, a referee tends to Coach while Krush is shown holding a chain.   Fury crawls back into the ring while Gloria is getting to her feet.   Gloria charges at Fury but Fury stops her with a kick.  Fury hits Gloria with a belly-to-back suplex on a garbage can lid.   Krush enters the ring with the chain but Fury kicks her in the midsection.   Fury snapmares Krush and chokes her with the chain.   Krush struggles but is able to get up and send Fury out to the floor.   Outside the ring, Chainsaw has pulled out a table and starts moving a ladder around.   Krush punches Fury on the floor, with Fury sitting down on a chair as a result.   Krush then hits a running boot to Fury, knocking her to the ground.  Meanwhile Coach is seen crawling up the ramp with Chainsaw following.   Chainsaw grabs Coach by the back of the head and picks her up in a fireman's carry at the top of the ramp.   Chainsaw tries to carry Coach but Coach escapes.  Chainsaw then lifts Coach and slams her on the stage.   It gets 2.  Chainsaw stomps Coach.  Meanwhile, Krush is setting up a ladder in the ring.   Chainsaw starts walking to the back as Coach tries crawling down the ramp.   Chainsaw comes back with a wheelchair, sticks Coach in it, and launches it down the ramp, causing it to collide with the ring.   Krush gets the wheelchair out of the way as Gloria tends to Coach.  Meanwhile in the ring Daisy scales the ladder and dives off onto all three members of Top Tier, as shown above.  At another side of the ring, Chainsaw has pulled out a table and in the ring Fury has taken another ladder and made a bridge between the current ladder and one of the turnbuckles.   Chainsaw rolls into the ring from one side and Krush rolls in from another and kicks Fury in the midsection.  Then a big knee to the face to knock Fury down.   Krush pushes a garbage can and a chair out of the ring as Coach comes crawling over with a wrench, which the commentators say is going too far.   Fury places a garbage can in the ring.   Daisy is outside the ring and she helps Chainsaw bring a table into the ring.   Chainsaw is adjusting the ladder bridge and Coach nails her with the wrench!   Coach climbs up top and hits a double stomp onto Chainsaw's back.   Coach grabs the garbage can and hits Chainsaw with it.   Chainsaw collapses to the mat in the background as commentator/promoter David McLane apologizes for this.   Fury gets back in the ring and kicks Coach in the midsection.   Fury whips Coach into the ropes and hits a pop-up power bomb onto the garbage can!   Fury goes for the pin but Gloria breaks it up at 2.  Gloria grabs Fury and hits the Aerobic Annihilator but Daisy breaks up the pin.   Krush grabs Daisy and sends her through the ropes to the floor.   Krush pulls the table into the ring and tosses a garbage can aside.   Krush sets up a table while Chainsaw is getting to her feet.   Krush gets the chain and wraps it around her fist and nails Chainsaw with the chain.  Krush climbs to the top turnbuckle but Chainsaw's alive!  Chainsaw grabs Krush by the throat and chokeslams her through the table!   The crowd is chanting for Chainsaw.   Gloria is in the ring setting up another table.   In the background, Fury from the floor repositions the ladder.   Daisy climbs up to the top but Gloria punches her.   Gloria climbs up and sets up for the superplex but Daisy punches Gloria a few times to stop it, with Gloria landing upright in the ring.   Fury chops Gloria and Chainsaw grabs Gloria by the top of the head and sets up Gloria on the table.   Daisy goes up top and comes off with a senton through the table to score the pin and win the titles!  *****!

This was fantastic and served as a great blowoff for the feud.  In my opinion, this was the best match in WOW history.  Highly, HIGHLY recommended and you can watch it here.
